PAF Accessory Workout: May 6, 2017

Accessory Work for this week:

A.
Three sets of:
Romanian Deadlift x 4-6 reps
Rest as needed

B
Three sets of:
Push Press x 2-3 reps
Rest as needed
*Make these as heavy as you can handle with good form.

C.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Overhead Walking Lunges
10 Bent-over Barbell Rows
*Use 135/95lbs or a weight where you can do all reps unbroken. Keep a pace that allows for smooth, clean reps
