Owner, Head Coach

Jesse Puga

I’ve competed in sports most of my life, excelling at baseball, football, wrestling, and track while in high school. I have my ANSI CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate and I currently compete as a CrossFit athlete and coach part-time for CrossFit MOB. I also competed in track as a college sprinter for the University of Colorado as a walk-on and open athlete from 2002-2005. I am a USATF Level 1 coach and I have competed and continue to compete in USATF sanctioned track meets since graduating college. From January 2014 through January 2015 I was a specialist coach (speed/agility) at CrossFit Thornton and briefly performed that capacity at MBS CrossFit during the summer of 2015. I am a part of the CoachUp Network for Track and Field (Sprinters), and Speed and Agility.  I enjoy academics and attending certifications and seminars; all in order to advance my knowledge of a sport and perfect my technique.

I will take that training experience and knowledge and utilize it for you. I’ve organized thousands of workouts for numerous clients, friends and colleagues over the years, coached children and teen athletes, and helped a handful of women recover their physiques after a pregnancy. I take sport, fitness, nutrition, and overall well being very serious, and I want to help people accomplish their goals for better performance and exceptional health.

Head Coach

Torrie Eberhard

I am 26 years old, and I have been an athlete since the age of two. Having danced competitively, 6 days a week, for the majority of my life, I am no stranger to the dedication and hard work it takes to see results. I have been extensively and personally trained on dance (all forms), gymnastics, flexibility, heavy weight lifting, CrossFit, and boxing; and my workouts combine elements of each in order to meet your goals.

My goal is to help people to become the best version of themselves. Maybe even someone they never thought they could be. My goal is to work alongside you to overcome obstacles and reach a state of comfort and happiness.
Whether you are already in shape, haven’t worked out a day in your life, or are somewhere in between, my technique of healthy living – which not only consists of food and training, but also mind – can have an outstanding impact on anyone’s overall well being.
