This program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Endurance, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Interval Training. There isn’t a fitness program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills. You will train incredibly hard—harder than you thought you were capable of. You will sweat, expose weaknesses, and then overcome them to become more fit. Everyday you will break down old barriers and set new standards for yourself.
