Perfect practice makes perfect. Puga Athletics and Fitness offers general and sport-specific personal training. Do you need some 1-on-1 time with a coach to hone in on a particular skill or two, or gain valuable knowledge you can apply in the future? At Puga Athletics and Fitness I offer high-level coaching in several areas of fitness and sport.

These sessions are specially tailored to help you improve your overall training experience in any given area, and is designed to focus on honing each athlete in their weakest areas and improve their strongest. I offer training for middle school, high school, and college athletes. These sessions can also be a perfect compliment to your general training program. Set your goals, and we’ll help you achieve them.

Prices:

  • $55 for a single, one-hour session
  • $225 if you purchase 5, one-hour sessions
