PAF Workout: April 4, 2017

A.
Back Squat (As heavy as possible with good technique)
*Set 1 – 8 reps
*Set 2 – 6 reps
*Set 3 – 4 reps
*Set 4 – 6 reps
*Set 5 – 8 reps
After each set Rest 60 seconds then perform
Pull-ups or Dumbbell bent over row or lat pulldowns x 6-8 reps. Then rest 60 seconds

B.
Complete rounds of 21, 15 and 9 reps for time of:
Wall Ball Shots (or thrusters with dumbbells)
Burpees
